We are Tangled Roots Limited. Our website address is: https://tangledrootsltd.co.uk.
We manage the booking, promotion and Festival Management for several Music Festivals and other Art and Music events.
Currently we work mostly in association with RADFORD MILL FARM, TIMSBURY, BATH.

We try to keep Cookies to a minimum and so only use those that are essential for maintain the website and making it work for you. If you create an account or buy tickets with us we will store you personal information – usually name, address and email, plus details of your purchase. We use that information only to process your transaction and to ensure the right people get the right tickets. We have set up systems where personal information is deleted automatically after a set period. The maximum we store information is one year after the last transaction.
We do not store bank card or other payment information ourselves. All Payments other than Direct Bank Transfers are dealt with by our processing partners. At this time that is usually PayPal UK ltd. The only information of payment we hold is whether the payment was processed or not.
